  • Global Product Manager — Toronto

    Your Role

    The Global Product Manager will play a critical role in value creation and revenue-generating activities by specifying the right form, fit, and function for new products. In addition, you will introduce the products to the global market with impact and support our worldwide sales team’s efforts to sell the products by eliminating all roadblocks to successful market adoption.

    Based in our Toronto (Markham) Office, you’ll focus on our Encelium Advanced Lighting Control System – both software and hardware portfolios, and be responsible for Product Strategy, Roadmap, Lifecycle, Launch Sales Enablement, and Market Awareness.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement a robust multi-year controls roadmap, including new product launches.
    • Collaborate with our Engineering team, other category product managers, and key industry organizations to develop a technology roadmap and provide strategic direction for innovative growth opportunities.

    Your Role

    As a key member of our global Operations team, the Regulatory and Compliance Engineer is responsible for ensuring our products meet applicable worldwide regulatory requirements. The focus of this role is to identify and obtain the appropriate environmental, safety, and EMC certifications for the products we design, manufacture, and market.

    Based in our Boston headquarters, this role will be active in new product development by working with our global engineering teams to confirm compliance with necessary standards, manufacturing partners to confirm proper production, and operations for ongoing certification management.

    • You will be building firmware for a wide range of wireless mesh devices and traditional wired devices.

    Your Role

    This position is a member of the Specification Sales Team and reports to the Director of Sales for North America. The primary responsibility of this role is to create value for our customers. We want to alleviate customer pain points through design and application solutions stemming from our wide range of lighting products, focused on the Encelium Advanced Lighting Control System.

    As a Regional Sales Manager, Midwest region, you will manage sales of our manufacturer’s rep agencies and major customers in the lighting control specification market.

    The position is responsible for the sales revenue results and development of the specification sales channel and specification lighting business in the Midwest region, working and coordinating with existing and potential sales agents, end-users, installers, and OEM partners.

    This role’s other significant areas will include sales forecasting, pricing, product strategy execution, promotion management, distribution structure, and brand development.

  • Inside Sales Representative — North America

    Your Role

    As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be tasked to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities through several partnerships. You will work closely with our Digital Lumens and Encelium brands sales representatives in in-person and video conference calls to develop territory sales strategies. You will also work with third-party channels to drive our pipeline and business through a series of in-person and remote training. As part of the sales process, you will identify key decision-makers, profile accounts, assess revenue potential, and assist in closing deals.
    Successful candidates will have an entrepreneurial mentality combined with an analytical and data-centric approach. They will enjoy reaching out to prospects and partners to drive business.

    Key areas of accountability: Solution Selling, Application Deployment, Customer Success, Market and Customer trends and insights to inform product roadmap and Sales Enablement.

We want to alleviate customer pain points via design and application solutions stemming from our wide range of lighting products, including Light Management Systems (Encelium – and Industrial Lighting & IoT solutions (Digital Lumens – As Regional Sales Manager EMEA, you will manage and fuel sales for major customers in the commercial segment (offices/hospitals/education) as well as in the Industrial segment (manufacturing, warehousing, transportation, food processing, cold storage). You will work closely with our Value-Added Reseller network to secure and realize projects.

    In this position, you are responsible for the sales revenue results and development of the commercial sales channel of your defined area in the EMEA region, working and coordinating with existing and potential Value-Added Reseller, end users, specifiers, and OEM partners.     We are looking for a highly motivated, hands-on team member to join us as a Field Engineer for our Encelium Advanced Lighting Controls product group, providing technical and operational support to our customers and partners. As part of the Technical Startup team, our Field Engineers work closely with our Encelium Sales, Project Management, and Technical Support teams. We ensure that we deliver on our Brand Promise of The Encelium Experience, delivering superior products and service to our customers and partners.

    You will become a trained member of the Technical Startup team.
